Topic: Update on the Evolution & Adoption of AI, ML and RPA within Treasury Management

Speaker: Sevante Metcalf, MBA, CTP, UAB Department of Accounting & Finance, Collat School of Business

Topic Description: Overview of the level of adoption across various industries of RPA, ML, and AI within treasury management. AI and Machine Learning are in the mainstream headlines with everyone now seeing it (mainly ChatGPT) being showcased everywhere, including social media. ChatGPT may seem limitless, but naturally, just like most tech, it has its faults. I would like to address how the recent buzz has affected the expectations (and opinions) of the potential end-users of treasury management services (treasurers, CFO's, etc.). What's next on horizon for AI, ML, RPA, and treasury management?
