Registration

• Member - Full (Advanced Registration)
  Association Member for full calendar year. Membership includes Summit attendance.
• Member - Half Year (Advanced Registration)
  Attendee's membership is to attend both the Summit in September and all remaining AAFP regular association meetings through the end of the year. Advanced registration required.
• Member - Three Months (Advance Registration)
  Attendee will be able to attend both the Summit in September and the remaining AAFP regular association meeting in November. Advance registration required.
• Member (Onsite Registration) – $10.00
  Applies to all membership types. Members have free registration to the Summit, but if they wait until the event day and register onsite, they pay a $10 convenience fee.

  Guest that accompanies speaker, special code and advanced registration required
• Sponsor
  Full registration for 2016 Summit to include lunch and all sessions.
• Student/Faculty - Lunch & Sessions
  Registration of Samford Students to attend Annual AAFP Summit, special code and advanced registration required
• Students/Faculty - Afternoon Sessions Only
  Limited to Students & Faculty of Samford University. This is just to attend the afternoon sessions, no lunch included. Special code and advanced registration required.
• Visitor (Advanced Registration) – $50.00
  Visitor - Non-Member
• Visitor (Onsite Registration) – $60.00
  Fee includes $50 registration fee plus $10 convenience fee for on-site registration
