  Registration of Samford Students to attend Annual AAFP Summit
• Advance Registration - Students/Faculty - Afternoon Sessions Only (Special Code Required)
  Limited to Students & Faculty of Samford University. This is just to attend the afternoon sessions, no lunch included.
• Advance Registration - Summit plus 2015 (July to December) Membership – $100.00
  Attendee will be able to attend both the Summit in September and all remaining AAFP regular association meetings through the end of the year.
• Advance Registration - Summit plus November Meeting Membership – $75.00
  Attendee will be able to attend both the Summit in September and the remaining AAFP regular association meeting in November.
• Advance Registration - Visitor – $50.00
  Visitor - Non-Member
• On Site Registration - Member – $10.00
  Members have free registration to the Summit, but if they wait until the event day and register onsite, they pay a $10 convenience fee
• On Site Registration - Visitor/Guest – $60.00
  Fee includes $50 registration fee plus $10 convenience fee for on-site registration
