Director of Education
Reports to the Senior Director of Education
This position is responsible for supporting PaymentsFirst’s mission to serve our members as a trusted partner supporting the secure use, advancement, and understanding of payment systems. The individual in this role will directly contribute to the association’s training and education objectives by designing, developing, and delivering payments-related material for internal and external training programs, products, and services.
This individual will also serve as one of the primary contacts for member calls related to regulatory rules interpretation (i.e., ACH, Check, Regulation E, Debit Card, Credit Card, Wires, etc.) and other payments issues.

One or more of the following accreditations preferred: Accredited ACH Professional (AAP), Certified Payments Professional (CPP), Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), Payment Card Industry Professional (PCIP), National Check Professional (NCP), Accredited Payments Risk Professional (APRP).
