Topic: Building a Risk Management Program JENGA Style

Speaker: Nanci McKenzie, Juris Masters Financial Regulation & Compliance, AAP, APRP

EVP, Compliance & Product Strategy at Affirmative Technologies

Topic Description: Identifying an organization's risk exposure is not just extremely important but becoming more of a requirement rather than just a best business practice. To effectively mitigate risk, cybersecurity, data privacy, payments channels, and overall enterprise risk management programs must contain strong components that solidly fit together and remain sturdy under a sudden shift in risk. Building a risk management program does not need to feel like you are playing a game of Jenga! This session identifies key controls to verify or even validate that your risk management program can stand up against the constant inherent attacks or economic volatility your organization may be facing.
